On Arrival at Chennai airport,meet and assist and proceed for short Visit of Chennai and later drive to  Mahabalipuram Via Kanchipuram.

Chennai , Capital of the south-eastern state of Tamil Nadu. Chennai is one of the four major metropolitan cities in India. Today, it is hard to believe that a place that was till 1639 just a small fishing village would become such an enormous and beautiful city.proceed for half day guided city tour of Chennai. Visit  Fort Museum, National Art Gallery, St. George Fort, built in 1653 currently used as the state government’s secretariat, Santhome Cathedral built around 14th/15th century and the Kapaleshwar Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

After Chennai City tour  drive to Mahabalipuram Enroute visit Kanchipuram. 80 Kms 2 hrs drive  from Chennai . Kanchipuram is one of the seven Sacred  cities of India  and was  capitial of the kingdom of the Pallava,  Cholas and Rajas of Vijayanagar  During Pallavas times, it was briefly occupied by the Chalukyans of Badami, and by the Rashtrakutas when the battle fortunes of the Pallavas kings reached a low ebb. Kanchipuram is a temple city and its many gopurams can be seen from a long way away. Of the original 1000 temples, there are still about 125 left spread out across the city. Many of them are the work of the later Cholas and of the Vijayanagar kings. Kanchi is also famous for its hand-woven silk fabrics. This industry originated in Pallava times, when the weavers were employed to produce clothing and fabrics for the kings .Other than the temples, Kanchipuram is a dusty and fairly nondescript town. After Kanchipuram visit, proceed to Mahabalipuram. Check-in and over night at Hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for Mahabalipuram local tour.

Mahabalipuram, named after the Pallava king Narasimhbavaam excavated many cave temples, the most remarkable being the seven monotholic temples, each carved from a single granite

Boulder standing on the sea shore followed by stone made sculptures, caves , chariots and temples of the Pallava period. After breakfast Drive to Pondicherry. On arrival at Hotel Check in and rest of the day for Relaxation.

Afternoon city tour of Pondicherry .  visit the world famous Aurobindo Ashram – abode of the twentieth century saint and philosopher Sri Aurobindo which forms the nucleus of many activities and trade in Pondichery. Over night at Hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for Tanjore enroute visiting Chidambaram. Evening visit Tanjore Big temple. Overnight stay at Hotel.

After breakfast drive to Madurai.

En-route visit Chettinad,Chettinad is the home of the Nattukottai Chettiars (Nagarathar), a prosperous banking and business community. It is also known for its local cuisine, architecture, and religious temples. Lunch at Bangala .Later drive to Madurai. Later in the evening, you are taken to the special religious night ceremony at the Meenakshi Temple.

Madurai is over 2500 years old and is the second largest city of Tamil Nadu. Ancient seat of learning, the city is planned in the shape of a lotus. After breakfast proceed for Madurai Visit -Thirumalai Nayak palace, Gandhi Museum , flower market and followed by the famous Madurai Meenakshi Temple.

There are four entrances to this amazing temple complex set in six hectares. One of the stone pillars in the complex with any hard object and feel incredible on hearing seet metal sounds. It is know as musical pillars. The total number of pillars in the temple is a staggering one thousand. Overnight stay at Madurai.

Breakfast and transfer to Munnar. This lovely hill station is at an altitude of 1525 metres, and filled with tea plantations and misty mountains. The drive to Munnar is very scenic crossing the narrow hair – pin roads where you see beautiful valleys, tea gardens and small waterfalls on the way. On arrival Check into the hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.

After Breakfast Proceed on a sightseeing tour visiting Mattupetty Dam, Echo point, kundala dam, Eravikulam National Park where  you could find NILGIRI THAR, an endangered species and  Tea museum. Overnight at hotel in Munnar. Overnight at the hotel.

Proceed to thekkady after breakfast. Check in at Hotel Later the day proceed on a  boating at Periyar Lake. The sanctuary is an established tourist spot and home to elephants, tiger, bison, sambar, wild boar, langur etc. The artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar dam across the Periyar Lake adds to the charm of the thekkady. You can enjoy Optional Activities like Elephant ride, spice plantation tour Etc at Thekkady if the time permits. Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast proceed to Alleppey, At 1200 hrs board your private houseboat to explore and enjoy the beauty of rural village life and backwaters. Lunch, Dinner on board.  Overnight on the houseboat.

After Breakfast Proceed to Marari. Check in at Hotel. Rest of the day relax at Beach.

Morning after breakfast, proceed to Kochi. On arrival at cochin, Check-in hotel.
